Return Policy

1. Scope

This Return Policy applies to ritual guide services and digital products purchased from Eneroecleanea through eneroecleanea.world or via direct correspondence.

2. Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

3. Digital Guide Returns

If you purchase a digital ritual guide and find it materially different from its description, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not substantially accessed or downloaded the full content. Partial access for preview purposes does not disqualify a return request.

4. Physical Materials

Where physical materials accompany a guide (such as printed editions), items must be returned in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly supplied.

5. Studio Sessions

Scheduled studio visits or consultation sessions may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the appointment for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a 50% fee to cover preparation time.

6. How to Request a Return

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

8. Exchanges

If you would prefer a different guide rather than a refund, we are happy to arrange an exchange of equal value where available.
